Mechanics:

-The advisor does tell the player now why he can't recruit the unit
-When trying to give logs to the stockpile it now tells you that you have to refine them first
-quests are deselected now when opening the questbook that the player has it easier
-changed the tutorial a bit

Balancing:

Bugfixes:

-When leaving a building box alone the resource where not sent back correctly
-The hero UI did not close when walking away
-The villagers number was messed up
-The hero UIs text was wrong
-Some quests in the tutorial gave 1000 wool instead of gold
